Irish e-invoicing: prepare without overcomplicating today
For ordinary small-business domestic B2B invoicing, structured e-invoicing is being introduced in phases rather than being universally mandatory in 2026.

Revenue’s current roadmap starts with large VAT-registered corporates in November 2028, followed by further phases. Zlotia Ireland therefore keeps normal PDF invoicing available while its architecture remains ready for structured e-invoicing as the rules reach smaller businesses.
Do not switch a business to a structured e-invoice workflow solely because it uses Zlotia. Follow the obligations that apply to that business at the relevant date.
